Robert was great! I was traveling and my skid plate came loose Robert got me in and fixed it right away. Had me back on the road in less than a half hour.

This was the Best car buying experience ever! The Crew at Robert’s Automotive were so helpful, they were open book on all the details of the car. Had a portfolio of the service records on it for the past owner of 10 years. I highly recommend them!

Thank you, Dr. Bob and Mike for diagnosing and fixing the problem with my 79 Mercedes 240D! When I was traveling through Springfield IL, experienced a problem with my car and Robert’s Automotive through Google. Mike answered the phone and was ready to help instantly. Mike and Bob, despite their ...busy schedule of repair appointments, diagnosed and fixed the problem expeditiously within a few hours. The entire staff was nice. The waiting area was great! Brian at Robert's Automotive was GREAT! No pressure sales, very friendly and honest! He spent allot of time explaining things and worked very hard to get the best auto loan terms and rate. Best experience at a dealership I have ever had! Would rate 10 stars if I could!

Brian helped us transport our new car from Georgia while we were driving to Illinois from the West Coast. We were always able to reach him, and, if he didn't know the answer to a question, he called us bask as soon as he found it. He had the car ready and waiting for us when we arrived.
